In this series, experience¬†professional ways of cooking proper eggs. Please keep in mind egg’s are one, if not, the most picky foods to prepare. That is one of the key reason we made this series. When you have a baseline of what is considered culinarily correct you will have a greater understanding of what you are looking for when cooking eggs. One way over another really does not make one way better than the other either. This series is here to point out how you would be taught in culinary school and expected to produce if you were working in a restaurant.
