Homemade Avocado Ice Cream

  • Hass Avocados 4 large
  • Lemon ½ juiced
  • Lime ½ juiced
  • Condensed Milk (Controls the sweetness level - You Choose) 1 to 5 tbps
  • Heavy Cream 1 cup
  • Yogurt (Key Lime Flavor) 8 tbps
  • Pistachios 5 tbps
  • Kiwi (Peeled) 1
  • Honey 2 tbps
  • Salt Pinch


  • In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • If you have an Ice Cream maker, place the bowl base in the freezer for 3 hours or till super cold.
  • Add the Ice Cream to the bowl and turn on the Ice Cream maker for 30 minutes.
  • Next place the Ice Cream bowl in the freezer for a minimum of two hours to set up. Longer is better.
  • Serve and Enjoy.
  • If you do not have an Ice Cream maker no problem. Place the avocado Ice Cream mix into a freezer-safe container and freezer for 2-3 hours.
