Avocados used to make a healthy dessert your kids will love
- Hass Avocados 4 large
- Lemon ½ juiced
- Lime ½ juiced
- Condensed Milk (Controls the sweetness level - You Choose) 1 to 5 tbps
- Heavy Cream 1 cup
- Yogurt (Key Lime Flavor) 8 tbps
- Pistachios 5 tbps
- Kiwi (Peeled) 1
- Honey 2 tbps
- Salt Pinch
In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
If you have an Ice Cream maker, place the bowl base in the freezer for 3 hours or till super cold.
Add the Ice Cream to the bowl and turn on the Ice Cream maker for 30 minutes.
Next place the Ice Cream bowl in the freezer for a minimum of two hours to set up. Longer is better.
Serve and Enjoy.
If you do not have an Ice Cream maker no problem. Place the avocado Ice Cream mix into a freezer-safe container and freezer for 2-3 hours.
