Ingredients
 

  • Pork Shoulder (Or just use what you have If you have a larger crockpot you can increase the ingredient sizes. Cut pork into medium large pieces) 1 to 2 pound
  • Poblano Pepper (chopped) 1
  • One Medium Onion (chopped)
  • Red Bell Pepper (chopped) 1
  • Garlic Cloves 6
  • of Favorite BBQ sauce 3 to 10 tablespoon
  • of Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes (Regular diced works as well) 1
  • Cover With Water

Instructions
 

  • Medium chop on the vegetables, poblano, onion bell pepper, garlic and add to the pot.
  • Place the pork shoulder on top. Add the fire roasted tomatoes, bbq sauce and salt. Then cover with water.
  • Turn the crockpot on high for 15 minutes then turn down to low. Cook until tender. About 6 to 8 hours.
