Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 pound Pork Shoulder Or just use what you have If you have a larger crockpot you can increase the ingredient sizes. Cut pork into medium large pieces
  • 1 Poblano Pepper chopped
  • One Medium Onion chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 to 10 Tbsp of Favorite BBQ sauce
  • 1 Tbsp of Salt
  • 1 Can of Fire Roasted Tomatoes Regular diced works as well
  • Cover With Water

Instructions

  • Medium chop on the vegetables, poblano, onion bell pepper, garlic and add to the pot.
  • Place the pork shoulder on top. Add the fire roasted tomatoes, bbq sauce and salt. Then cover with water.
  • Turn the crockpot on high for 15 minutes then turn down to low. Cook until tender. About 6 to 8 hours.
