Today I’m going to show you something very cool you may have never heard of about your health. I’m going to introduce you to the Master antioxidant of all antioxidants. It’s so important to your health that it’s in every single organism cell in all of nature. Yet isn’t available in most foods. Your liver does naturally create it, but it’s not enough for top health.
How many times have you heard the broken record of, “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day?”
I’ll tell you why…Want to know?
Answer: Something most people never even think about. Sleep…Sleep?
What does sleep have to do with Breakfast? Simple: When you sleep your body works equally if not harder than during the day. Your body is repairing itself while you sleep. It’s the function of sleep. You probably thought it was all about your brain health. Sure that applies, but nowhere close to the rebuilding part of your body from sleep and damage you create every single day of your life. This is normal, but recovery varies from person to person.
Breakfast is the first thing you offer your body after it worked out all night long. And worked out very hard, on par with going to the gym and lifting weights. Are you mindful of what you eat after a hard workout? Great, after sleeping your body just worked out and needs the best nutrition of the day. Hence the saying Breakfast is the most important part of the day.
I would like to add, please start drinking water before bed. It’s like putting oil in the car. #important

Broccoli Crunch Salad
- 2 heads Broccoli
- 1/2 whole Red Onion Julianne / Thin Slice
- 1/2 cup Roasted Cashews Chopped
- 1/2 to 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 full Fresno Chile Julianna / Thin Slice
- 3/4 cup Granola Any Kind You Like
- 1/2 cup Dehydrated Blueberries
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper or favorite spice blend
- 1 1/2 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- 3-4 Slices of Bacon Chopped
- Clean and rinse the broccoli. Cut the florets off the broccoli / remove the stem. Slice half of one red onion into thin slices. The same cut on one Fresno Chile, be sure to de-seed & de-stem. Add in the yogurt, blueberries, Granola, black pepper, honey, garlic salt, cayenne pepper.
- Mixer together well...
Garnish with Bacon
Clean/Wash the Broccoli - Part Two: Blanch the broccoli in hot boiling water for 20 to 60 seconds. Then start into an ice bath to shock the Broccoli and stop the cooking. This also sets the bright color of the Broccoli. Over cook the Broccoli and the color will fade.
